30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return
- Email support@ououoo.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the correct return address.
- Send the item back using a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at support@ououoo.com and we will investigate.
