Every order is packed and shipped from our fulfilment partner in China, then delivered to your door by your local postal or courier service.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery times
- United States and Canada: 10 to 20 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 12 to 22 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 12 to 25 business days
- Rest of world: 15 to 30 business days
These are typical delivery windows and can be longer during public holidays, severe weather or customs delays.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside China may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts.
Tracking your parcel
Tracking information is emailed with your dispatch confirmation. International tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first scan, so please allow a little time before worrying.
